Before founding Godwin Leadership Consulting, Mike served as President of an international telecommunications company providing cross-border services between the United States and Mexico. His experience as a business leader gives him a practical understanding of the challenges organizations and executives face—and the importance of developing leaders who can deliver results.As a Partner of Godwin Leadership Consulting, Mike has connected leading business educators and organizations of all sizes since 2004. As a Partner of Godwin Leadership Consulting, Rosemary works directly with client organizations to identify and customize the leadership development experiences that best support their leaders and business objectives. She works closely with organizations to understand their unique needs and connect them with the educators, coaches, and subject-matter experts best suited to their goals.
Rosemary also leads The Image Strategy, the company works with C-suite executives, senior leaders, high-potential employees, and their teams to strengthen professional image, personal brand, and executive presence. Through individual coaching, customized consulting, seminars, and presentations, they help leaders build confidence, maximize their strengths, and represent themselves and their organizations with professionalism and impact.
Rosemary has provided image consultation and coaching since 1993, working with individual clients, corporate executives, and high-profile public figures. Her work combines practical guidance with a deep understanding of how personal presence, confidence, and professional image can influence credibility, leadership, and success.
